Preparation
- Make the Santa hats: Cut the pepperoni into 1½-inch-tall triangles to form Santa hats. Trim the cheddar slices to fit each Club® Original Cracker. Transfer the whipped cream cheese to a piping bag fitted with a small round tip. Layer each Club® Original Cracker with cheddar, then a pepperoni triangle. Pipe a small dot of whipped cream cheese on top of each triangle and a short line along the bottom for the hat trim. Place in the fridge until ready to plate, or up to 1 hour.
- Make the pita cracker trees: Beat the goat cheese and heavy cream in a medium bowl with a hand mixer on low speed until smooth and pipeable, 3–4 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a small round tip. Pipe zigzag lines of the mixture onto each cracker to form a tree shape. Sprinkle evenly with the chopped chives. Using a mini star-shaped cutter or the tip of a paring knife, cut out 12 small star shapes from the cheddar slices, and place 1 at the top of each tree. Decorate with the pomegranate arils as ornaments. Place in the fridge until ready to plate, or up to 1 hour.
- Make the present crackers: Using a sharp knife, cut the garlic-and-herb cheese into 1½-inch squares. Top each Town House® Pretzel FlipSides® Cracker with a square of cheese. Cut the chives into 24 (1½-inch-long) pieces. Lay 2 chive strands across the top of each cracker to look like a wrapped present. Top each with a small sprig of dill at the center for a bow, and finish with a red peppercorn for a berry. Place in the fridge until ready to plate, or up to 1 hour.
- Assemble the platter: Arrange the prepared Santa hats, pita cracker trees, and present crackers on a large serving board or platter. Fill in the gaps with the serving options of your choosing.
- Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
- Enjoy!
