Preparation
- In a small glass or ceramic bowl, add the condensed milk and matcha powder. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and evenly colored. Set aside.
- Place the frozen strawberries in the feed tube of a rotary cheese grater fitted with the fine drum (or press them against the fine side of a box grater). Working quickly, grate the strawberries directly into a chilled medium stainless steel mixing bowl, turning the handle steadily if using a rotary grater, until all the strawberries are shaved into fluffy snow-like pieces.
