Marshmallow Tanghulu
The Marshmallow Tanghulu trend is a playful and delicious twist on the traditional Chinese treat Tanghulu, which typically features candied fruits skewered on a stick. In this adaptation, large marshmallows replace the sugar dip, offering a crispy and light interior that contrasts with the juicy, sweet strawberries. The strawberries are dipped into hot melted marshmallows which harden to create a crispy, sweet shell for a satisfying crunch in every bite. Visit groovyfoodiess.com for more of Sarah's recipes!
