Ingredients

  • 24 Town House® Pretzel FlipSides® Crackers, divided
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cheese cut into 12 (¼-inch) slices
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange 12 of the crackers on the prepared baking sheet. Top each with a slice of cheese.
  3. Bake for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is just melted and bubbly around the edges.
  4. Remove from the oven, and spoon a small dollop of cranberry sauce on top of each baked cracker. Drizzle lightly with honey, and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
  5. Gently press a second cracker on top of each baked cracker to make a sandwich. Serve warm.
