Ingredients
for 6 servings
- 3 bananas, cut in half crosswise
- 1 cup plain Greek or vanilla Greek yogurt, (go with vanilla if you want them a little sweeter)
- 1 tablespoon your favorite topping (such as fruity rice crisp cereal, sprinkles, chocolate, or pistachios)
- honey, (optional)

Preparation
- Insert a wooden popsicle stick into each banana half.
- Dip each banana popsicle into yogurt, or spread the bananas with the yogurt.
- Sprinkle the popsicles with your choice of toppings and honey, if using.
- Place the popsicles on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and freeze for about 3 hours, or until fully set.
- Serve immediately from the freezer. If freezing longer than 3 hours, let stand at room temperature until slightly softened, 15 to 20 minutes.
