- 1 lb peeled raw medium-sized shrimp, minced
- 1 cup shredded and chopped imitation crabmeat (½-inch pieces)
- 4 scallions, sliced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 (8-ounce) French baguettes

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Stir together the shrimp, imitation crab, scallions, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Stir in the bouillon, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the baguettes into 1-inch thick pieces. Using a spoon, smear 2–3 tablespoons of the shrimp filling over 1 side of each baguette slice.
- Arrange the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the filling is opaque and the bread is toasty.
