Ingredients
for 1 bar
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips (85 g)
- ⅛ cup oats (30 g), steel cut
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ tablespoon salted butter

Preparation
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler.
- Spread half of the melted chips on parchment paper.
- Place the oats over medium high heat with sugar, cinnamon, butter and 1 tsp salt. Let the mixture cook, stirring constantly until the oats are crunchy.
- Let the oats cool for 3 minutes. Then place the oats evenly on top of the melted chocolate and coat with the remaining chocolate.
- Top with the remaining salt and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge, cut and enjoy!
