Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- Make the cinnamon-apple cider vinaigrette: In a measuring cup, add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and cinnamon, and whisk to combine.
