  • 1 fresh burrata cheese ball, torn in half or quarters
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, or more to taste
  • 10 prosciutto slices
  • ¼ cup fresh whole basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
