Ingredients

- 1 large banana
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen
- 1 ¼ teaspoons spirulina powder, divided
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
Preparation
- Place the banana, dates, protein powder, spinach, ice, almond milk, MCT oil, almond butter, bee pollen, and 1 teaspoon of the spirulina powder in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, 30–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Place the coconut yogurt in the bottom of a 16-ounce glass, and swirl it around the inside for a marbled effect. Lightly sift the remaining ¼ teaspoon spirulina powder around the insides of the glass to coat the yogurt.
- Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass. Serve immediately while cold and creamy.
