- 8 Babybel cheeses, unwrapped
- 8 pretzel rods
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped rosemary, thyme, pistachios, cranberries, flaky salt, and red pepper flakes together in a shallow dish.
- Insert a pretzel rod into the bottom of each Babybel cheese round to act as the tree trunk.
- Gently roll the top of the cheese in the herb-nut mixture, pressing lightly so the mixture sticks to create a festive, colorful “tree.”
