Preparation
- Make the beef patty: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, or coat with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic with your hands until just combined. Press the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, spreading it to the edges in a flat, even layer.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the meat is fully cooked and starting to brown around the edges. Carefully drain off excess fat. Do not turn the oven off.
- While the beef bakes, make the garlic butter: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic, and cook for 30–60 seconds, until fragrant. Remove from heat, and stir in the parsley, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and a small pinch of salt. Set aside at room temperature until ready to use.
- Make the garlic aioli: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic until smooth. Taste and adjust lemon or garlic to your liking. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire package of slider rolls (minus the packaging) in half horizontally, like a sandwich bun. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of the garlic aioli over the bottom buns, then top with the beef patty and the cheese slices. Add the top half of the rolls, cut-side down. Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400°F for 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden and toasty.
- Let the sliders rest for 2–3 minutes, then slice into 12 individual sliders. Serve warm with extra garlic aioli on the side, if you like.
- Enjoy!
