- 6 roma tomatoes
- 2 jalapeñoes
- 1 serrano pepper
- 1 small white onion
- 1 garlic head
- ½ cilantro bunch
- 1 tablespoon tomato-flavored chicken bouillon

Preparation
- Preheat a gas grill to high heat.
- Carefully add the tomatoes, jalapenos, serrano, onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes per side, until soft and charred.
- Set aside to cool. Once cooled, remove the stems from the peppers, the skins from the onion and squeeze out garlic.
- To a blender, add roasted tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic, fresh cilantro, and chicken bouillon and blend until desired consistency.
- Serve with tacos, chips or your favorite grilled meats. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge.
