- 1 (24-ounce) package frozen mini dumplings (veggie, chicken, or your favorite)
- cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili crisp or chili oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (1 pint), halved
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 small fresh cilantro bunch, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds

Preparation
- Preheat an air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat the dumplings with cooking spray. Place in the air-fryer basket, and cook for 8–10 minutes, until golden and crisp, shaking dumplings halfway through the cook time.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, chili crisp, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
- Toss together the salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, scallions, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Place the cooked dumplings in a large zip-top plastic bag or a bowl. Add the soy sauce dressing, and shake or toss until evenly coated. Arrange the saucy dumplings over the salad. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve family-style right away, warm, crisp, and packed with flavor.
