Ingredients
for 1 serving
- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 1 cup vanilla protein shake
- ½ cup uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries, divided
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Preparation
- In a mason jar or lidded container, mash the banana until mostly smooth.
- Add the protein shake, oats, chia seeds, and 3 tablespoons of the blueberries. Stir well to combine, making sure no lumps of chia seeds remain.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours, until the oats are soft and the mixture is thick.
- When ready to serve, top with the remaining 1 tablespoon blueberries, then drizzle with the peanut butter and sprinkle with the almonds.
