Banana-blueberry overnight oats are a wholesome, high-protein breakfast that’s perfect for busy mornings. Made with rolled oats, chia seeds, banana, blueberries, and a protein shake, this no-cook recipe is creamy, fiber-rich, and ready to grab from the fridge in the morning.

Banana-Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 1 cup vanilla protein shake
  • ½ cup uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries, divided
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Preparation

  1. In a mason jar or lidded container, mash the banana until mostly smooth.
  2. Add the protein shake, oats, chia seeds, and 3 tablespoons of the blueberries. Stir well to combine, making sure no lumps of chia seeds remain.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours, until the oats are soft and the mixture is thick.
  4. When ready to serve, top with the remaining 1 tablespoon blueberries, then drizzle with the peanut butter and sprinkle with the almonds.
