Bacon-Wrapped Cranberry Meatballs
With only five ingredients, not including water, these bacon-wrapped bites are the easiest appetizer for Thanksgiving. Frozen meatballs are wrapped in bacon, then baked until crispy. - 12 frozen precooked meatballs
- 6 thick-cut bacons, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 (0.87-ounce) McCormick® Turkey Gravy mix
- ¾ cup water
- ⅓ cup cranberry sauce, warmed
- fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Wrap the meatballs in the bacon strips, and arrange evenly on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through and crispy.
- Over medium heat, whisk together the McCormick® Turkey Gravy mix and water in a small sauce pot until the gravy is smooth. Simmer for 1 minute until slightly thickened. Keep warm until ready to use.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven, and brush all over with the gravy. Dollop the cranberry sauce on top, and garnish with rosemary. Add toothpicks, and serve.
